To rent a vehicle, you must:
Be at least 21 years old (age may vary by vehicle type).
Hold a valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
Provide valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.
Prices may vary depending on rental duration, location, and vehicle type.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to incorrect information or fraudulent activity.
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as they were issued.
Fuel level must match the level at the time of pick-up (unless otherwise agreed).
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals.
Customers are liable for damages, loss, or theft not covered by insurance.
Additional coverage is available at the time of booking.
You may not use the rental vehicle for:
Illegal activities
Racing or off-road driving
Transporting hazardous materials
Subletting or re-renting the vehicle
All incidents must be reported to us and local authorities immediately.
You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs depending on the damage and insurance coverage.
In the case of theft, a police report and vehicle keys must be submitted.
We value your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Canada Express Car Rentals is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of personal belongings in the vehicle
Delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party service disruptions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
